Can I buy prescription lenses?
Yes. We can point you in the right direction for retrofitting your FRAMED New York products with prescription lenses.
What type of lenses do you offer?
We source our glass and polarized lenses generally from Carl Zeiss, a famous name in quality lenses. As our valued client, you are welcomed to retrofit lenses of your own choice to our frames. If lenses other than Zeiss are included with select products, the description will state as such.
All FRAMED New York products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defect. Warranty claims can only be made at the original place of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. The warranty does not cover lenses placed into FRAMED New York products, although placing lenses into our products does not void the warranty. Please be careful not to mishandle or to deliberately modify your frames-- this unfortunately would result in a void warranty, which would make us incredibly despondent.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and often far more quickly.
The second day (business days) shipping option is counted from when the frame ships, not when it is ordered. If there's ever a significant delay in your shipping, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org, preferably with your order details at hand. We will endeavor to help you with the utmost speed and professionalism.
We offer free shipping and returns in the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which can be viewed at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email email@example.com indicating which frames you would like to return along with your order number and will we email you a return label.
Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to show up on your credit card after the return has been received. Please include the subject line "Return" in your email if possible.
May I change an existing order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to accommodate any requests as long as the order has not already shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
If you would like to place an order and you are outside of the United States please email email@example.com.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance but we do provide itemized receipts for submission to your insurance company.
