Where can I try on your frames?


Currently our frames are sold exclusively online. If you live in the greater NYC area please email our salespeople to arrange for a fitting at info@framednewyork.com.


Can I buy prescription lenses?


Yes. We can point you in the right direction for retrofitting your FRAMED New York products with prescription lenses.


What type of lenses do you offer?


We source our glass and polarized lenses generally from Carl Zeiss, a famous name in quality lenses. As our valued client, you are welcomed to retrofit lenses of your own choice to our frames. If lenses other than Zeiss are included with select products, the description will state as such.


Warranty

All FRAMED New York products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defect. Please kindly note the warranty does not cover lenses placed into FRAMED New York products.
 

Shipping times

Orders typically ship within three to five business days, and often far more quickly.
The second day (business days) shipping option is counted from when the frame ships, not when it is ordered. If there's ever a significant delay in your shipping, please email us right away at info@framednewyork.com, preferably with your order details at hand.
 

Shipping costs


We offer free shipping and returns in the continental United States.  We also provide expedited shipping options at an additional cost which can be viewed at checkout.   
 

Returns/Refunds


We offer returns for up to 15 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.                             
                     
Please email info@framednewyork.com indicating which frames you would like to return along with your order number and will we email you a return label.
Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.  It may take up to ten days for your refund to show up on your credit card after the return has been received. Please include the subject line "Return" in your email if possible. 
        

May I change an existing order?

Please email info@framednewyork.com and we will be happy to accommodate any requests as long as the order has not already shipped.
 

Do you ship internationally?


If you would like to place an order and you are outside of the United States please email info@framednewyork.com.


Do you accept insurance?


FRAMED New York will happily provide itemized receipts for submission to your insurance company on request; please email us at info@framednewyork.com.


What payment method do you accept?


We accept PayPal, QuadPay and all major credit cards.
